Kasia Czarski joined the Independent Order of Foresters in February 2009 as Senior Vice President, Chief Membership and Marketing Officer and leads the Membership team in North America and the UK and Corporate Marketing. She has responsibility for Member Consultation and Governance, Member Development and Benefits, Branding, Sales Engagement, Community Marketing and Public Relations. In this role, Kasia manages the development and implementation of strategic plans for deepening member involvement, building Foresters community partnerships and building the Foresters brand.
Prior to joining Foresters, Kasia was Vice President, Marketing at the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, where she was responsible for building the national brand, leading a successful development program and building a number of leading community-based initiatives. Over the past 17 years, Kasia held several executive positions, including Vice President, Direct Customer Service Division. Previously, she held various executive marketing positions at Speedy Muffler King International and senior marketing roles at Bristol-Myers Products Canada Inc.
Kasia is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario with a Business degree from The Ivey School. She currently serves on the Ethics and Privacy Committee of the Canadian Marketing Association. She volunteers for the Heart and Stroke Foundation community fundraising and is an active supporter of her children’s community school.
