Compliance PLUS



The American Fraternal Alliance has developed a comprehensive information service called Compliance PLUS comprised of both “proactive” and “reactive” components designed to:

  • Provide email access 24-7 to our compliance expert, Kathy Brost.
  • Help members be aware of legislative and regulatory proposals and activities that may impact their insurance operations and/or tax-exempt status;
  • Help members comply with legislative and regulatory changes at the state level; and
  • Provide members a forum to share information on compliance/legislative/regulatory issues with their peers.

Participation in Compliance PLUS will require the payment of a separate annual fee in addition to the society’s regular membership dues.

Compliance PLUS services provide top-notch expertise combined with an information service that can result in significant cost savings to your society.
