2024 Compensation Survey

The Alliance is partnering with LIC (The Life Insurers Council) to deliver an updated compensation report for the top paid executive and the #2 executive at fraternal benefit societies and small life insurers. This data will be broken down by society/company type but will give societies more insight into the broader compensation climate.

Societies/companies which provide data will receive the industry results at no charge; the price for non-participants is $399. The survey includes questions that encapsulate total compensation as well as questions about the process for determining compensation. While we did not make all questions required, we ask that you answer as many as possible to provide the most accurate representation of the market.

Survey responses are due August 12, 2024.
